نحر السائحة الروسية صدم الغردقة.. والقاتل يطعن على «الإعدام»

عادت قضية مقتل سائحة روسية في مدينة الغردقة إلى الواجهة مجدداً، مع نظر الاستئناف المقدم على حكم الإعدام الصادر بحق المتهم بارتكاب الجريمة التي هزّت الرأي العام العام الماضي. وتعود وقائع القضية إلى أكتوبر 2025، حين وُجه الاتهام إلى شاب يبلغ من العمر 31 عاماً بقتل السائحة الروسية سفيتلانا ميدفيديفا داخل مسكنها بدائرة قسم أول الغردقة، في جريمة قالت التحقيقات إنها ارتُكبت بدافع السرقة. ووفق أوراق القضية، اقتحم المتهم مسكن المجني عليها واعتدى عليها باستخدام مكواة ذات قاعدة معدنية، قبل أن يوجه إليها إصابات قاتلة وينفذ جريمته، ثم يستولي على هاتفها المحمول ومبلغ مالي ويفر من المكان. وكشفت التحريات والأدلة الفنية عن العثور على هاتف المجني عليها بحوزة المتهم، فيما وثقت كاميرات المراقبة تحركاته لحظة دخوله العقار ومغادرته، كما أرشد عن أداة الجريمة خلال التحقيقات. وأثبت تقرير الصفة التشريحية أن الوفاة نتجت عن نزيف حاد وإصابات متعددة بالرأس والوجه، إضافة إلى جرح ذبحي بالعنق، بينما دعمت آثار الدماء ونتائج المعاينات وتمثيل الجريمة أمام جهات التحقيق ملف الاتهام. وكانت محكمة الجنايات قد أصدرت حكماً بإعدام المتهم بعد إدانته، قبل أن يُطعن على الحكم بالاستئناف، لتبقى القضية محل نظر قضائي في انتظار الفصل النهائي بمصير المتهم. The case of the murder of a Russian tourist in the city of Hurghada has resurfaced, with the appeal against the death sentence issued against the accused in the crime that shocked public opinion last year being reviewed. The events of the case date back to October 2025, when a 31-year-old man was accused of killing the Russian tourist Svetlana Medvedeva inside her residence in the area of First Hurghada Police Station, in a crime that investigations indicated was committed for theft. According to the case documents, the accused broke into the victim's residence and assaulted her using an iron with a metal base, before inflicting fatal injuries and carrying out his crime, then seizing her mobile phone and a sum of money and fleeing the scene. Investigations and forensic evidence revealed that the victim's phone was found in the possession of the accused, while surveillance cameras documented his movements at the moment he entered and exited the building, and he also led investigators to the murder weapon during the investigations. The autopsy report confirmed that the death resulted from severe bleeding and multiple injuries to the head and face, in addition to a stab wound to the neck, while blood traces and the results of examinations and the reenactment of the crime supported the prosecution's case. The criminal court had issued a death sentence against the accused after his conviction, before an appeal was filed against the ruling, leaving the case under judicial consideration pending a final decision regarding the fate of the accused.
