The Syrian artist Jamal Suleiman is preparing to return to Syria after a 15-year absence, as he will begin filming two new works immediately upon his return: "Out of Service" with writer Zuhair Qanoua, and "The Sham Twin." Jamal Suleiman expressed his happiness about filming again in Syria, confirming that he will do his utmost to deliver a good work. He said: "I don’t like to make appointments or promises, but I say that I will do my best to create something good." The last works of Jamal Suleiman that were filmed inside Syria date back to before he left the country in 2011. He clarifies that even the works that addressed the Syrian reality were filmed outside the country, citing the series "The Godfather," which aired in 2015 and was filmed in Lebanon despite its focus on the Syrian situation. Suleiman said: "Even the works that talked about Syria were filmed outside it, like The Godfather 2015, which addressed the Syrian situation, so we filmed it in Lebanon. I am happy to return to film in Syria."
