شتائم على «تيك توك» تشعل مواجهات عشائرية في الموصل

وبحسب خلية الإعلام الأمني، تعود خلفية الحادثة إلى خلافات ودعاوى قضائية سابقة بين أبناء عمومة ينتمون إلى قبيلة واحدة، قبل أن تنتقل المواجهة إلى مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث تصاعدت حدة التوتر إثر تبادل الشتائم واتهامات بالابتزاز عبر «تيك توك». وقالت الخلية في بيان إن المشاجرة وقعت في 12 سبتمبر 2026 بمنطقة حي النهروان (التنك) في مدينة الموصل، مشيرة إلى أن قوة من شرطة نينوى تمكنت من السيطرة على الموقف واعتقال المتهمين من الطرفين بموجب موافقات قضائية. وأضافت أن ثلاثة من الموقوفين أُطلق سراحهم لاحقاً بكفالات مالية، بهدف السماح لهم بتلقي العلاج في أحد المستشفيات، نظراً إلى حالتهم الصحية، فيما جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحق بقية المتهمين. وتعيد هذه الحادثة إلى الواجهة ظاهرة انتقال الخلافات من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى الواقع، وما قد يترتب على التصعيد الإلكتروني من مواجهات واعتداءات، في ظل تسجيل العراق بين فترة وأخرى نزاعات عشائرية تتطور في بعض الحالات إلى أعمال عنف مسلحة. وفي واقعة مماثلة شهدتها محافظة النجف خلال أغسطس الماضي، اندلع خلاف بين صديقين مراهقين بسبب نزاع مرتبط بصفحة على «فيسبوك»، قبل أن يتطور الأمر إلى اعتداء باستخدام آلة حادة أدى إلى مقتل أحدهما. The cell stated in a statement that the brawl occurred on September 12, 2026, in the Al-Nahrawan (Al-Tank) neighborhood of Mosul, noting that a force from Nineveh police managed to control the situation and arrest the suspects from both sides under judicial approvals. It added that three of the detainees were later released on financial bail to allow them to receive treatment in a hospital due to their health condition, while legal actions were taken against the remaining suspects. This incident brings to the forefront the phenomenon of disputes transferring from social media to reality, and the potential consequences of online escalation leading to confrontations and assaults, amid periodic reports of tribal conflicts in Iraq that sometimes escalate into armed violence. In a similar incident that took place in Najaf province last August, a dispute erupted between two teenage friends over a conflict related to a page on "Facebook", which escalated to an assault with a sharp object that resulted in one of them being killed.
